My forehead is breaking with whites. How do I get rid of?

I was on accutane last year for my acne-prone and very oily skin. However, my skin has become "normal" and a little on the sensitive side. I did not have a button since August. Recently, I received these little tags of skin (skin filled with dead but no oil) but now I am swollen below the skin of white-not a button flourished because it's much smaller. That gets rid of all this? Any product many OTC other than benzoyl peroxide, the sulfur or salicylic acid? I currently use Neutrogena soap, scrub Clinique Day 7 (if necessary) and waves of moisture Clinic. The night, I use Estee Lauder serum overnight. I am over 30 so I need the added wrinkle substance.
