skin tags what causes it and why do we get?

I feel like I have skin tags that appear on my neck and chest and I have no idea why. They just seem to appear from no where and I know they can be removed but how do they appear? they arent as sightly and tired all the time they reappear.

The skin tag is a tumor in the sense that it is of growth. However, you can find comfort in the fact that this is a benign non-cancerous skin raised. Benign means it is safe and non-malignant. But if you're not sure what you see are skin tags, then it is wise to make checked by your doctor for your own peace of mind.
