Can you cut off skin tags yourself, rather than having a Doctor do it?
I did it with the thread trick. Instead of cutting, you tie it tight, and leave it on. The skin dies, and drops off. However, this may not be your first choice in an area that can be seen, like the face. For that, I would go to the professional.
