What happens if you cut off a skin tag?
The frame of my bra rubbed my skin until tag developed. If I cut it, am I allowed?
Make sure it's a skin tag and not something worse, go to a dr! If it's just a skin tag, you can cut, you bleed and it will hurt for a while .. try changing bras, sounds like yours is the right size!
