Can anyone 100% get rid of a wart?

Ok, I tried just about all over the drugs counter and home remedy for removing warts. they were all expensive and i failed, and now I'm curious if theres a a 100% gurarnteed that will kill off a wart, because the acid sacilyic, said the doctor can work for some people, well, it didn't, tape and didn't work stroke and then I felt naive I go to the doctor tomorrow again, and says he may be able to make me an appointment with the surgeon, but before that, I'd like to know if there is a way that gurarntee get rid of the wart, it doesn't be quick or magical, but that will definitely get rid him, two years and I'm so sick of it, it's just horrible to have to put up with them well, on my hand, 4 today, and no of them have disappeared, and they are certainly the warts. thank you in advance:)
