I have a white lump on penis?

I have a white lump on my penis, I just came back from planned parenthood and had a checkup. The guy in charge took a look at it and said it might be genital warts, but he said it was different than how most other warts looked. He mentioned that when you flatted out the skin around it it flattens out too, and usually genital warts does not do that. I had sex with this girl about a year and a half ago and she told me afterwards that she had HPV that could be cancerous to women, but I also read that it is related to penile cancer as well. I read not being circumsized is a factor in penile cancer for men too. its sounds wierd to say but I dont know if I am circumsized or not. It has been there for – 2 to 3 months. I have pictures too..

I’m assuming the guy in charge at planned parenthood either got his MD behind a trashcan or didn’t even graduate highschool. Anyway, HPV can cause cervical cancer, yes, I’m not sure about penile cancer. You’ll need to go to a hospital and get a biopsy of the tumor, and they’ll be able to tell you if it’s cancerous or benign. If it’s benign, they can either drain it or surgically remove it. If it’s cancer, you’ll be referred to an oncologist who will decide the most appropriate treatment. Take this as an important rule of thumb: with medicine, sooner is ALWAYS better. Don’t wait to go to the doctor, it could be spreading right now if it is cancer.
