Hubby claimed dermatologist foot wart caused by sharing dirty needles … Could there be another cause?
My husband recently had a painful wart very far from his foot and the podiatrist was very insistent that it was caused by sharing dirty needles … What husband never ever done. And was very shocked by the accusation. The possibility that exposure to contaminated needles would vaccinations for livestock ….. you use the same needle. Is it true to all this madness?
If you're in the U.S., medical records are fairly protected here Now … However, you do not want this kind of thing in a medical record, should he ever need to be accessed by an insurance company. Had he only said he "looked" to be, or asked the question, I would not be disturbed, but if his notes are his suspicions stupid and wrong, it could mean trouble down the line for your husband. I think I would see my lawyer about it, just to check the implications to show in a medical record. I do not know the truth thereof, not being a medical person, but the charge, except not true, could be harmful.
