Do I have Genital Warts even though i never had sex?
I think I was born with genital warts or HPV, because I’ve never had sex in anyway I’ve made out but never gone further than that because I don’t want to cause any pain to anyone, is it possible to be born with it and will I ever be able to have sex without protection if i get rid of the warts that are showing (to have children)? could someone please help and tell me if there is any home remedies I can try? I first had them on my genitals about four years ago, and they’re not close together like most I have seen (each of them are about 0.5cm apart from each other), then gradually they started spreading where the penis meets the genitals and the further down towards the tip there were less and less of them, they never hurt or cause pain, so i don’t have any idea to what they might be. I’m 17 now
Hi
I doubt they are Genital Warts, as they usually come from people with many sexual partners or do not practice safe sex. There are a number of things you can do to find out.
Look at:
http://www.medscape.com/content/2003/00/45/88/458822/458822_fig.html
also call NHS Direct on 0845 4647
They may be able to help.
Above all, build up the courage to go to your GP.
He wont tell anyone you know about the problem, as see’s many people who have similar questions!
I hope this helps
