How do I tell my mom I may have an STD?

I’ve been making myself so sick over it and I can’t stand it anymore. I’ve been sneaking around and going to doctors to get tested for various things, and I do not have chlamydia, gonorrhea, or HIV. I think it may be genital warts of the mouth. I’ve had these whiteish bumps growing and I’ve been trying to pick them off of my mouth, but then it bleeds. I don’t know what to say.
