Is this an ingrown hair or genital warts?

I recently have been diagnosed with HPV, and I’m a little concerned that I am developing genital warts, but not completely positive because according to information on the internet, genital warts look like cauliflower, and mine simply look like ingrown hair, but I have an unusual amount. I had a bump on my anus that sort of looked like a white head which i picked off and felt no pain at all. The rest are near the top on my vagina. I picked at them tonight and they just bleed, I took a picture of one (discreetly). Can someone help me?

It looks like an ingrown hair to me. Try replacing your razor and not shaving for a while, and see if that helps. Or If you are really concerned go to your OB-GYN.
