Should I see a doctor, could this be serious?

I’m a 19 year old male. When I was 6 years old I developed a severe infection on my penis. I’m not really sure how it happened though. I developed many cauliflower like growths around my penis a few days later if I can recall. I was very young so obviously I wasn’t very alarmed at the time. For years now, I have been wondering what they were. They might just be skin tags but they look a little abnormal. I’m worried that they might be genital warts because that would raise a lot of questions since they are only transmitted sexually. I’m still a virgin too(as far as I know)

Most times, when guys are circumcised, the scar is never even, and can often produce problems. It just looks to be an odd circumcision scar is all. I don’t think it’s anything to be worried about. Visit your GP/doctor, it won’t hurt.
