Can I pass genital warts on my lips kissing after I get them removed?

I have warts on my lips Superior are expected to be genital warts. If I took them off either Rémide Mediacs or at home I can always spread by the kiss? Also dose anyone know of any way to get rid of these warts lips without having to go see a doctor?
