In removing the skin tag at home.?

Ive read several home remedies to get rid of skin tags. Which works better and / or fastest. Ive got a bigger (maybe the size of a pea baby) and I want to get rid of it but apparently my doc will make me pay an arm and a leg because he considered cosmetic surgery. Ridiculous! Ive heard the chain thing, how long does it take? Can I use W compound? What about the theory of nail polish? Please only respond if you yourself have used these methods. And I know, I know I should do that to the documentation office, but if you want to send me the $ 105 hes going to charge me, I need something else! Thank you!

Ok I did it !!!!!!!!!!! I had a skin tag in my armpit HUGE disgusting …. This is what you do and believe me it works and what does not hurt! Sterilize the area with alcohol. Tie a piece of dental floss around the skin tag, and attach as tight as you can stand and near the base as you can. Do not pull the skin tag when you do this. Sterilized again. Get small scissors (like eyebrow scissors) or nail clippers and cut as close to the tag as possible. Sterilized again. Remove the wire, you may experience bleeding, but should not be so bad. Put a bandage on and voila! Gone:)
