HPV wart ?!?!?!?

So I was told I had hpv last year, and in my papsmear this year, he returned normal about a month ago. I have not had sex with someone else to get it anyother strain. I woke up yesterday but with some small white bumps on the right side of the entrance to my vagina. They are kind of business, and I am so stressed. I never had warts before! Why should I do now, having said that I was beautiful? Could they be anything else? Are they clear about their own or possibly go? I'm going to the doctor, but I'm just curious. Thank you!

The HPV virus that causes warts is different from that of cervical HPV of the uterus that leads to changes on a Pap smear. What you experience might be warts or just infected hair follicles.
