Why do the stitched on tags on underwear irritate my skin?
I started wearing my underwear with elastic waistband tags on the outside years ago because of this.
This also happens with some tee shirts. It is very annoying and I find I have to rip the tag out of the neck of the shirt before I can stand to wear it. Seriously what is causing this. Am I allergic to nylon thread or something?
They’re just scratchy and annoying. I’ve been cutting the tags out of everything since I was like seven years old XD;; You might even want to get a stitch/seam ripper. A lot of times you can see a short row of stitches that are just holding the tag in (not holding your clothes together) and pick them out. Then it’s like the tag never happened at all.
