Malignant melanoma is what my friend have 29 lymph nodes are still one dissection after block

My friend is awaiting results biopsy tomorrow and is terrified. She had a mole removed from his arm nearly 20 years that was clever. Since then she has been diagnosed with melanoma malignant and had a block dissection is about 3 months. They have now found another node that the consultant believes is malignant. Having had 29 nodes removed before and after have no treatment is there a chance could spread again. She feels well in herself, without loss of weight or appetite.
