How do I know if I have skin cancer, and how do I know if this is not a wart or mole regular?

I have a bump looking wart on my finger. Smaller than a penny. I had several of them, and my mother had put on some stripper who made the all-white hump and finally take off. After reading a magazine, I saw that the bumps I was getting very much like a very weak version of skin cancer. How do I know if its skin cancer or just a regular wart?

I have skin cancer on my lip .. thought it was a wart. well. I went to my family … Phy he told me it was cancer and tried to remove it .. it sent to be tested .. ended up having to go through a special surgeon to have it removed … all it takes! Go to your Doc .. take no risk.
