Questions about Photoscape editing software please!?

I recently downlaoded photoscape and have a few questions!
Is there a blemish removal tool? I found a mole removing tool, but I would prefer tot ry something else.
Also, in photoscape, can I keep something in a photo in color, but the rest black and white? ie: a close up of my son’s face, everything in black and white except his eyes?
And if you have used photoscape in the past and have any cool tips to share with me, thats awesome too!

photoscape does not have many tools that are similar to photoshop type tools the mole and eye selection tools are basic, no clone and stamp or heal

the filter regional selection option is the only color on grayscale with program, only meant for one radial selected item,

there are other features for frames, animation, combining sets, you can also insert other objects and clip art for fun effects,

if you require free program to edit color on b&w images, there’s gimp with all features and capabilities required,
