Can you use skin bleaching cream on Post mole removal scars?

I used a mole remover called Drematend. It has been about 10 months now and I am left with flat, red scars. Would a bleaching cream work to turn these scars back to their natural skin tone, or does bleaching creams only work on brown spots like sun spots or age spots?

I think it just works on dark spots…not sure tho, u shud ask a dermatologist
