Is there a safe method to remove unwanted moles (not warts) from your back? I have lots of little ones.?

Like wear dresses that are low cut at the back, but I do not wear them because I have lots of moles that I feel are very ugly and embarrassing. Is not there some sort of remedy for the moles to wither and die and fall off without pain?

No. You should go to a dermatologist remove them in a controlled environment. If it happens to be a pre-cancerous and you do not know, you could really make a big mistake. If they are small, so I doubt they are ugly, but if they are really ugly, which tend to be more likely to moles of pre-cancer. multi-color, or free-form, in particular, should be examined by a doctor.
