How do you go about removing moles ?

I can’t get it done with surgery because there’s a MASSIVE waiting list and it’s expensive
So, I found out that you can buy mole removal cream treatment from pharmacies – do you have to like order it/prescription it or will it just be on the shelves somewhere in Boots/Superdrug ?
However does anyone know any other ways to remove moles? Someone told me that putting honey on moles removes them, and I’ve also heard that disolving a panadol in a drop of water and putting that on a mole also removes it – has anyone tried this?
Does anyone know any other things that i could apply to remove them? Has anyone tried mole removal cream – does it work? Has anyone tried natural remedies – did it work – what did you use?
