i am looking for a editing software to change lip and hair colour?

evan if it is a free trail but not one of those and with a tag.you know ‘this is a free trail’ sort of thing come up on the page when it done. and please dont say photo shop.
yes i know its grate its got everything.
but i dont care. i am not going to use it becouse its to frustrating for me. the reson i need this sofware is becouse i want to do photo edits for peaple on bebo. at the moment i can do:
Colour Changes
Flawless Skin
Animate photo’s together
Invert them
Cartoonize them
Make them look scetched
Black and white
Brighten
&& make them like old film photographs..
but peaple are asking for ther things like tatoos and make up. god i love it if there had a software to do that but i cheack every way.
