I have a large bump on the skin help?

Sound just to touch the cuticle and the nail is at the base of the nail. It is very difficult and calloused skin filled with pus not because I broke the skin before. There's just a bump not a bunch of bumps like how other photos show but I also had one that was smaller, on the other. The bump on the thumb has an abnormal shape, round, but certainly not a circle and do not sting or hurt at all.
