Sounds Like Genital Warts?
I am a 13 year old virgin, and it seems on the left side of the shaft on my penis has a wart, or atleast i think its a wart, it may be a pimple or something, ive googled some genital wart pictures, honestly it looks nothing like it,
its like a red bump(off the skin on my shaft) and it hurts when i touch it sometimes 
i was rubbing one off in the shower a couple days ago, i might have had soap or shampoo on my hands ( doubt it ) and maybe thats why…
should i be concerned?
This sounds nothing like a Genital Wart, it sounds more like a ingrown hair. Those are very common and are no way in harm to you. Eventually it’ll go away, it just grew inside you instead of outside. It’s suppose to hurt when you touch a ingrown hair so yeah. Try searching ingrown hairs and see if it looks anything what you have. It sounds like it is to me, I’ve never had one but I know a lot about a lot of things so yeah.
