A wart on the ball of the foot (near my toes in that ball thing) and it hurts when I put pressure on it?

I went see my doctor and she told me that this is nothing, but now a small wart on his side and it is small and the middle of my foot and I think it spreads so I put a bandage and downs and I'm going to swim team .. I shuld quit the swim team? (I hear the warts are contagious) and I do not want to stop swimming team cuz I love him so much and I need it because I scoliosis and wearing a corset and I'm so so wat exercises this could be? and remedies for this? Oh, and I have pain when pressure is exerted on it, I do not think it's a foot cuz it does not look like one but there is a bump under my skin and it looks like a circle over the first wart grew was of medium size

when I was 11 I had about 15 warts around my nails on both hands. It started with one and they spread. I'm jerking around by doctors. we tried to burn more they came back. Then a doctor attempted to use ultra sound didn't do anything. go to the derm tell them to freeze wart off.bye bye. I had these releases for years.It would get so mad and cut with knife.FREEZE do not leave razor OFF THE swimming
