Is it normal to get skin tags on the nipples during pregnancy?
I am 36 weeks pregnant and when i was a couple of months gone i noticed s skin tag appear on the underside of my right nipple right on the teat. At first i wasn’t too concerned because it was similar to the rest of the skin. I noticed today that it had turned red and just sort of hangs off the nipple. Its about 1/2 a centimeter long and a few millimeters wide. I am planning to breastfeed and i am hoping this wont affect my ability to do so. The left nipple seems absolutely fine.
Its painless and doesnt cause any physical discomfort.
i wondered the same thing!!! they don’t hurt me or anything but theyre ugly!! but yea the dr told me it was normal!! hopefully mine fall off too!!i realllllly don’t want them there for good lol
