What to do about acne?

I have acne all over my back, and i want to know a good way to get rid of it, as bikini season is coming up. However please don’t put scrub your back really hard or something like that, because i tried it and i all had was very red skin. Also i have moles on my back and i can’t do anything that might irritate them. Also please don’t post, ew that’s discusting or something like that, because that’s not helpful.
