How did you get rid of moles in your garden?
We offer grubex last year and this year mothballs. So far they are just as sassy as ever and my yard is a minefield to be mowed.
Hello – I have tried many different options for getting rid of moles, this is how they have been successful for me: A – Spring Traps. Cost ~ $ 10 placed on the tunnel and when they come back – wham. No. In this way only. B – Killing Grub. Kill food, moles go away. Great unless you have a large yard and grub-ex is like $ 25 / 3000 square feet Ca-ching. C – Bubble gum. Wrigley is – $ 1 per package. Tear a small envelope in the gap so that they can smell gum. They eat together, including the part in silver which they can not digest and they die. My former neighbor swears by it. I'm still digging gum (not eat) in my vegetable garden. No luck here. D – Pitchfork – Free is you already have one. Stomp the tunnels by night and pop up again the next day are active. Walk along the fork like a bad horror movie. You can get lucky. But then you see how cute they are and feel bad. I do that kind of time or patience. E – Dr Mole Granules Someguys $ 7 at Wal-Mart. Put these poison pellets in the tunnels, moles eat and wallah, they die. What I had the most success with. I was actually free mole with this method for a whole year. Unfortunately my neighbors are not in law and they came back (which is the moles). F – Mills Mole – $ 15 – $ 20. They are good for vegetable gardens and small areas. The mill is located on a pipe and when copepr he turns a vibration in the ground will shake away the moles. This also works well – send them all back neighbors who do not &^@#$ mold pellets. G – Sonic Chasers Mole – $ 15 + 4 D batteries in the Amazon. Yes – last year my Christmas wish list of mole hunters had sound on this. And yes, someone brought them to me. These excellent job. A very human to move the problem to someone else. I would go with the pellets get rid of them and the hunters away. Good Luck
