Genital herpes outbreak?

I’ve been having an outbreak for a couple of weeks and there has been some bumps i was guessing that is associated with the outbreak.. they feel like moles the small kind that kind of hang off the skin and they are flesh colored and it is itchy down there.. but ive expected them to go away by now do u think it is associated with the outbreak or could it be from sex bc its the part btw the vagina opening and anus and when i have sex i know there is friction in that area so i’m just looking for some kind of answer or explanation..
