What causes my tongue fur?
For the past four years i have noticed my tongue to get too hairy. Some days it is not as bad as others, but I noticed the sides of my tongue ridgy with what looks like fur. I also labels skin under my tongue and it is very white. I asked my dentist, but she insists that my tongue is a little big for my mouth and my teeth could rub against it. Another dr. said I had a geographic tongue. I looked on the internet and I found many disturbing ideas and diseases that could be the culprit. I am a 23yr old female. Non-smoker. Thank you!
