skin tags and insulin
Is there a link between fibromyalgia and polycystic ovary syndrome?

I noticed that insulin is a problem in both of them. I have skin tags on my neck, but the doc said it was not Cushing's. What can you tell me … apart "see your doctor !!!"???

The cause of fibromyalgia is unknown and is commonly misdiagnosed. Flu-like viral disease, the chronic fatigue syndrome, HIV, Lyme disease, physical trauma, persistent stress and chronic sleep disturbances may be the above factors. It says nothing about polycystic ovary syndrome. PCOS is generally an imbalance of the endocrine system that affects mainly young females. I do not think not that there is a link. Fibromyalgia occurs in the musculoskeletal system while PCOS is the reproductive system. Most systems assign time others, but I do not see links in the symptoms or triggers. So I would say no there is no link.
