Warts, Moles, and Skin Tags: Facts, Discussion, and Treatment

Do I have warts or skin tags?

I was told by two different doctors that I do not have genital warts. A pap smear that I have confirmed traces of HPV, but not for cervical dysplasia. I thought they were warts for some time, but two different doctors have said otherwise. I tried to get rid of the pieces of my genital area, but in vain. I also heard that the immune system would clear warts in two years … I had my way over these two years. Can anyone tell me what they are likely to be, or skin tags genital warts or something else? If they are warts, how do I get rid of them without delay?
