How do I get rid of hairy warts in my mouth?

I have about 7-10 large, black moles in my mouth that are located on the roof, my tongue and left cheek inside my mouth. Each mole cabbage about 20 big long hair affect how my diet, which affect the texture and flavor of foods, and sometimes I find myself swallowing several. Can anyone tell me a cheap way to get rid of these warts hairy permanently?
