Bump on skin? not a wart?

I went to the doctor and he told me it wasn’t a wart I can’t remember what he said it was. I know it’s not a wart or a skin tag. Is there anyway to get rid of it? This is going to sound weird, but it grows back to the same size and doesn’t appear to get any bigger. I cut it off, but it grew back, so what besides a wart or skin tag grows back after you cut it and how can I get rid of it? It’s really bringing my self esteem down.

Maybe you have a mole. You are not suppose to cut them off because they will just come back.
