Sebaceous Cyst or Warts?? Please help!!?
I have 3 smallish bumps on my inner labia where I shave. I have had such bumps before and they just went away. However, I have now been diagnosed with low grade HPV…so I am really hoping they aren’t warts.
I have seen pictures of warts and my bumps look nothing like what I have seen. Mine are hardly noticable and skin colored and just look like raised skin, but they are a bit sore. They won’t pop either.
Anyway, should I see a doctor or do you think they are sebacious or anything else? Like I said, I have had what looks and feels the same before I ever had any sexual contact, so it is likely it is just the same. I am also afraid if I schedule an apointment, the bumps will be gone by the time I get to see the doctor. Should I see a doctor? What do you think they are?

I would still see a doctor. Even if they go away, they may come back, and your doctor will be able to understand what’s going on even if you tell him!

I assume it’s not from shaving, If you’ve done it for a while. You may want to hold off shaving until you see your doc! I doubt they will care if you are ‘clean Shave’ or not! LOL
But relax. It is probably not a big problem. If the pics you saw didn’t look like what you had ( Especially if you saw more than one picture) Than that is probably not the prob.
But, from most sites about sebaceous cysts say that “True” sebaceous cysts are relatively rare.

Hm mm according to wikipedia, it says that swollen hair follicles could be a cause for sebaceous cysts. You shave down there right? Maybe this could be a cause. Sorry what I said about shaving not being the problem. You may want to go here and read over the information. It will help heaps!

Sorry about my confusing answer! I do hope you get better, and you may want to do some back-up research behind me. I don’t know for sure if shaving is the problem, it just fits into the puzzle SO
