Facial warts – what do I do? pls. help?

I went to the GP and he said to get the cream pharmacy. I went to the pharmacy and they said they do not give something for facial warts like this. I developed this little wart near my chin a year earlier. But recently he has grown tall and 2 other warts next to him. Please advice? I'm 26. Should I ask the GP I want to see a dermatologist? Is there a cream or something similar that I can use?
