I have warts on my penis for years, but they never grow any more than they are right there, what can it be?

I used to masturbate several times a day for about 3 years maybe even four. After a while i started to see the warts that grow on my penis, head, years have passed, perhaps about 6 and I still have it. They do not disappear or develop. They do not feel or evil or whatever they are right there. I think they have increased because of my masturbation, but I stopped and they will not disappear. I need help!

First, as far as I know, masturbation does not cause genital warts. Some warts genitals are caused by humanopapilloma (I think that's how you spell that) or HPV.
